 I met Caitlin and Casey via skype since they live in another state, so I was pretty excited to meet them in person on their wedding day here in Fargo!! The only thing that surprised me was their height difference, otherwise they were as awesome in person as on a computer screen. 😀

We started the day off at the historic Hotel Donaldson in downtown Fargo where Caitlin got ready.

I LOVE the front lobby/stair area at the Hotel Donaldson, the light and colors are awesome! So we chose to do the first look with Caitlin coming down the stairs. It was so special. The groom was beyond excited, and even cried some joy tears – which is every bride’s dream reaction!

So gorgeous!!

Then we headed outside for a few around the hotel and downtown areas!

A few blocks away was the Plains Art Museum, where they would have their reception later, so we headed that direction for some more portrait time! There was a cottonwood tree shedding cotton fluff everywhere, it made for some fun images that almost look like snow (although I don’t really want to think about snow now, lol!). Very romantic pictures though!

One of my favorite images!! These two couldn’t stop smiling all day! I bet their cheeks hurt the next day, lol!

Inside we started some photos of the wedding party!

I’m kind of digging the image below on the left of the groomsmen hanging out. Feels very vogue to me.

Then a quick stop by the park for a few more nature photos of the wedding group!

Everyone in the wedding party was so happy all day! Love that!

Caitlin and Casey met at Scheels all sport in Moorhead, so as we headed to the church we stopped for 2 minutes to grab a quick photo of the place that started this whole love story! How cute is that?!

Back at the church we did some formal photos and a bunch of family portraits – and then it was time for the ceremony to start!

As the couple and the wedding party enjoyed an hour break I headed over to the Plains Art Museum again and took photos of the details and guests. I LOVE this space! So much architecture and neat angles, great light and space!

Grand Entrance!! Woop woop!!

After a great dinner the toasts started, I love to see everyone laughing!!
