Tayler’s senior session ended up being quite the adventure! The day before her session it stormed, as in down-poured for hours! So the park and river were muddy and flooded, so we decided to reschedule. Unfortunately she’d already booked a dance studio at the Y for a few photos! So we went ahead and did 30 minutes at the dance studio, and then met up again the following week for her outdoor section. Whew! But we got it done!
I met Tayler a couple years ago when she danced with my sister. I remember going to a dance competition one summer, sitting in the hot tub late in the evening talking about photography and a few of the girls (Remember Quinn from last year?) including Tayler said they couldn’t wait to be seniors so I could photograph them! How sweet is that!?
Here’s part one at the Y dance studio:
And part 2 the next week at the park! We started down by the river where we still had some mud to deal with when getting Tayler onto the dock, but we worked around that problem with the help of a few plastic bags to save the shoes, lol!
Love the next two of Tayler in the field of flowers!
While we were at the dock Tayler’s mom was busy hanging up all of Tayler’s old dance costumes. What a fun way to have all those dance memories in one place!
So gorgeous!!
And finally we threw all the costumes into a pile for her to lay in. Gotta have some fun!!
Thanks for an awesome session Tayler! These are just a few of my personal favorites, we took so many! Anyway I’ll be getting the images onto a link for you to download in the next few days. 🙂
