Michelle & Trent’s (see their engagement session here) wedding  day at the Seasons at Rose Creek Golf Course was beautiful!! Bright blue skies, puffy white clouds, rolling greens. Perfect.

As soon as Michelle was ready we jumped right into portrait time. I loved this willow tree by the pond, such great shade and texture. A perfect backdrop for focusing on the bride and groom, who couldn’t stop smiling!!

I think the next photo is one of my favorites from the day, but it’s always hard to pick just one!!

It was super bright but we had to get a few pictures with the skies!

Then we brought out the wedding party. Isn’t the best man’s mustache epic?!!

Love it when the ladies get sassy!

The colors of the flowers, the golf course and pond, ad in some lovely people and you end up with  gorgeous summer wedding  images!!

Seriously isn’t this wedding party fabulous?!

After being in the sun for a while we walked around to the driving range where they had this little hut to purchase practice golf balls and rent clubs etc. It was the perfect place for some softer, romantic images!!

I love how my second shooter (thanks sis!) get’s a different angle and look at the exact same time. My photo on the left, her’s on the right. Nice job sis!

Trent loves golf. Although every time I talk to him about it he says it’s stressful. I take that to mean he’s pretty passionate about it! So went out on the driving range and got some fun photos of Trent practicing his swing.

 And then teaching Michelle how to swing.

Only she tried a little too hard and hit him in the head!! Their faces say it all!

After family photos the couple hid from guests arriving and I took those few moments to get some overview shots of the Season’s at Rose Creek Golf Course. It was so gorgeous!

I also did some detail photos of their rings. Which I thought turned out really neat!

Before we knew it the ceremony time arrived. They decided to have the ceremony in the same room as the reception so everyone sat around the tables and Michelle walked down the center of the room towards the dance floor. When I talked to Trent and Michelle before the wedding they joked about trying to have the shortest ceremony on record, I think it was about 6 minutes long so pretty close!!

Then we headed outside for the receiving line and a few more family photos before dinner.  After dinner the sun was getting low in the sky so I asked the couple to step outside for just 5 more minutes of photos, I’m so glad we did!

First dance photos are always so sweet!

Michelle has a lot of nieces and nephews so the dance floor was full of jumping, spinning, laughing and as much motion as kids can pack into an evening of sugar highs!

While I covered the dance floor my assistant was getting some great photos of guests enjoying their conversations at the dinner tables. Such a great way to spend the evening:  joy, laughter and music.
