Math

 Some of you may know that I have been working on my bachelor’s degree for 10 years. Yes, 10. Because I’ve been starting a business I didn’t have as much time to spend studying, so I’ve only taken about 8 credits a semester. When  you need 120 to graduate it takes a LONG time. I only have one class left: a 6 credit Math course. Actually it isn’t even a course, I’m trying to test out of as many classes as possible (taking a CLEP test is about $80, vs thousands for a class!). Anyway it’s been a struggle for several reasons. I haven’t touched ‘real’ math since high school so everything I once knew has to be relearned. And it’s all over the board, sets, functions, algebra, geometry, logic, and lots of stuff I never heard of! Math has never been easy for me either.

  So today as I studied and was frustrated I had to remind myself that I’m not stupid. I can do this. It’s HARD work. But I can do it.
