Fargo Engagement Session | Megan + Michael | Kris Kandel Photographer

Megan and Michael booked their wedding several months ago but since they live out in western North Dakota they haven’t been in the Fargo area often enough to get their engagement session done until now. We set up an engagement session in September, but then Megan got sick. So we set up another session in November, but we got a blizzard and ice on the roads prevented them from coming. So we rescheduled again, and as they say, 3rd times the charm! It was actually a pretty warm day for December in Fargo so that was awesome, and the little bit of snow on the ground gave a  romantic touch!

Megan and Michael are so amazing together, they laugh constantly and are so comfortable together!  They genuinely enjoy each other’s company which is so fantastic to see!

I love the colors and Megan’s fantastic smile in the photo below!

We even found a pink patch on a wall – perfect for their wedding colors of pink and brown.

I love the patch of snow we found next to the river, with all the tall grasses in multiple colors of gold and brown.

We ended the session with a few sitting in the snow shots, which are probably my favorite of the whole day! Thanks for being good sports about getting wet!
