Marissa & Jeff’s January 2nd wedding was either my last wedding of the season, or my first of the year. Can’t decide which to call it, lol! Anyway I was really happy to be back at St. Anne & Joachim’s Cathedral, which also happened to be where my first 2015 wedding was, so a complete season circle. : ) It’s such a gorgeous church and the perfect place for a winter wedding since every corner is gorgeous!

Marissa was getting ready when we arrived.

We decided to do the first look in the gorgeous sanctuary!

Holiday weddings are so awesome because there are lights and decorations everywhere. Perfect backgrounds! You both looked amazing too, so it made my job pretty fantastic!

We went up to the balcony to get an overview of the church, plus Marissa & Jeff are both in the choir so they spend a lot of time up in that balcony!

Always fun to get a little motion into the veil, even inside!

Details of the rings and rosary. The rosary was a gift from someone special who had used it to pray for Marissa & Jeff this year, so it meant a lot to the bride and groom.

After family photos we ended up having a few extra minutes so we stepped outside for a quick little portrait session in the snow!

Perfection!

Since their reception was in the fellowship hall I was able to get a few reception details before the ceremony! Kind of nice to get those done before guests arrive, whenever a couple has a reception in the same location as the ceremony I always get excited!
