Fair warning, this is a LONG blog post! So make some popcorn, grab some tissues and get ready to see some absolutely gorgeous wedding photos!!

Kelly & Bryan chose Thumper Pond Resort and Golf Course as their wedding venue. I’ve photographed one other wedding (Danielle & Zanik’s) there so I knew the location was beautiful!! We started out the day just as the bride was getting ready. Isn’t her dress gorgeous?!

Then we met up with the groom to get him ready for the first look. I absolutely LOVED the succulents as boutonnieres. So classy!

Kelly told me she loved the pine trees around Thumper Pond Resort, so we chose to do the first look there.

These guys are too stunning together!! But then I knew their wedding was going to be a ton of fun from working with Kelly & Bryan last fall for their engagement photos. : )

Isn’t her bouquet amazing?!! Seriously one of the most unique bridal bouquets I’ve ever seen. There are so many fantastic textures and colors going on!

The next set of photos on the path through the pine trees are some of my favorite from the day!

A photographers dream for sure!!

I was thankful that we had just a little bit of cloud cover so I could use some of the lovely gardens around the property! On really sunny days these gardens are so bright that people squint too much for nice photos. But it was absolutely perfect for us! Yay!!

Wedding party time! I loved how each bridesmaid was in a slightly different shade of teal. It was so pretty together!

My sister (my 2nd photographer) got so many fun photos of people laughing all day. You could just tell how happy everyone was for Kelly & Bryan.

Then the sun came out. I kind of liked the mottled light on the bridesmaid’s dresses. It’s sort of fabulous!

After family photos I took a little extra time with the flowers, rings and the reception tables. It was so nice having the reception on site so I could do detail photos before the guests arrived! : )

Time for the ceremony to start!! Thumper pond has a very (very) long sidewalk that everyone walks down! Aren’t the kids adorable?!

Congratulations Mr & Mrs!!!

We grabbed a golf cart and took the wedding party off for a quick toast and a few fun photos!

This wedding party was just a *little* competitive. On your marks, get set, GO!

Kelly & Bryan have a very special group of college baseball & soccer friends that we had to get some fun photos of. I just love how everyone was SO happy to see each other!!! The best part of weddings … the people!

So much laughter and joy going around the room!
