Valley City Elevator Engagement Session | Marah & Derek | Kris Kandel Photographer

You may recognize these two from their mini session last winter!  I was pretty excited to get to spend a bit more time with them now that the weather is nicer, lol! Marah asked me to drive out to their farm, and then we drove a couple miles to this old abandoned grain elevator. It was soooo cool!! I loved the tall grasses contrasting with the industrial building. Great colors and lines. Add in a fabulous couple and it was pretty much a photographers dream. 🙂

The sky was perfect for dramatic clouds – without rain! And the sun even peaked through to light up the couple making the skies even more dramatic in contrast.

Love the big skies of North Dakota!!
